What drives the price
Genuine, OEM supplier, aftermarket
Genuine body panels and mirror assemblies fit without persuasion and come in factory primer or the correct texture. On a mirror with cameras or blind-spot hardware, genuine is the only clean answer.
The OEM-supplier line covers most mirror glass, handles and clip sets at a real discount. The molding tooling is the same.
Aftermarket is safe on clips, brackets, grille slats and unpainted trim where fit is mechanical. Painted covers and camera-equipped mirrors are where cheap parts show up in the panel gaps.
